If you are aiming to use the OA activity book in any education setting (elementary middle school classes, home schooling, other), we ask you to return to the following questionnaire once you have finished using it.

If you'd like to receive the teachers' version with answers to the questions and quizzes, please request it at kidsandclimate@lists.stanford.edu after you have registered.
